Hello to all of the orthodontists out there, I have a question.

I just got my rubber bands off for my overbite and my ortho said I am supposed to bite down on my back teeth. Why does that kind of feel hard to do? My teeth are all aligned for my overbite to be fixed, but I’m just really worried I’m going to have to wear my rubber bands again after these four weeks like the last four weeks. I got them off 8 weeks ago then got them back on last appointment. Why would that happen again because they were all aligned as well. I get my braces off in two more visits and I am not getting my hopes up to getting them off if this overbite thing is going to keep happening.

Answers

Answer 1
its hard to bite down on your back teeth because your over bite is not corrected all the way. i had an overbite and my teeth were not aligned in the middle. so my orthodontist focused on that towards the end of my treatment. you will probably have more rubber bands, maybe stronger bands to help fix your bite. you want to wear them as much as possible so they will fix your bite or you will not get your braces off quickly. i was supposed to get my braces off july 2019 but, i didn't get them off til september 2019 due to my teeth in back where they were not fitting all into place due to my alignment. you'll get them off soon though even if it seems you won't! hope this helps you!

Intellectual disability is a developmental disorder that is characterized by significant limitations in intellectual functioning and adaptive behaviors, which arise during the developmental period, typically before the age of 18.

Individuals with mild intellectual disability typically have an IQ score between 50-70 and exhibit deficits in intellectual functioning and adaptive behaviors, such as communication, social skills, and daily living skills.

PLS FAST!! WILL GIVE BRAINLIEST!! 30 POINTS1!!When people are asked why they do not exercise, they often give one of the following answers:

They do not like to exercise.
They keep trying to, but they quit.
They do not see any changes in their body.
They do not have the time to exercise.
Exercise hurts.
If you have a reason that is not in this list, feel free to add it. Select two common reasons, and develop practical solutions that can help overcome these reasons.

Answers

The reasons listed are very common and understandable reasons to not exercise, however, I believe that perhaps the first two may be solved by finding someone with whom to exercise in a fun manner.

The question asks for solutions to at least two of the problems listed above in regards to the reasons why most people do not exercise. The reasons I will be addressing are:

They do not like to exercise. They keep trying to, but they quit.

It is very common to hear that some people do not exercise because, despite their best efforts, they lack the ability to remain constant. This means that they will continuously try to exercise but will eventually quit. One possible solution to this is to find a person with whom to exercise. Having company during exercise routines can help to induce motivation and consistency by helping each other to stay positive.

Another very common reason as to why some people do not exercise is that they simply do not like to exercise. The physical activity required to exercise can be exhausting and often even painful. One solution we might explore to this problem is to attempt to exercise in a fun manner, such as by doing sports.

This, coupled with the previous solution, may create a situation in which exercise ceases to be a dreadful, necessary routine, and becomes something the participants may even look forward to as they will be in good company performing tasks they find to be enjoyable.

I would tell them that drinking alcohol can pause brain development and is very unhealthy to do before legal age. The short term consequences would be drowsiness and drunkenness. The long term consequences would be lagged brain development and a higher risk to get into car crashes and other unsafe scenarios. Some physical consequences is that drunk driving can lead to crashes, and being drunk can make you do irrational things such as stealing. Social consequences is that you would be considered a bad influence, and people wouldn’t want to be around someone who does unsafe things.
