The rules to vollyball are needed to be safe. did you know it is illigal to catch, hold, or throw a ball. Throwing a ball can hurt a player, expecally if it is at anothers face. You are not allowed to touch the ball two times in a row. This is because they do not want the player to serve for themself. Touching, or Hitting, the ball two times will make the game less fun for the players and spectators. There are many other rules that are in the game too.
