There are many flaws that I discovered while taking these classes. First of all, the system has many errors. One error is that many students were unable to access their online courses, others are even unable to login to their account. Secondly, the designs of the online textbooks looks uncomfortable. Comparing the previous designs to what COA has now, the previous one is definitely more amiable. The background COA used for last year was a simply white, which looked clean.
