Two boats leave the same harbor in Hawaii at the same time. Boat A is traveling due west at a speed of 45mph. Boat B is traveling due north at a speed of 60mph. How far apart will the boats be in 1 hour? How far apart will the boats be in 3 hours?

I quickly did this on paper and here is my answer I’m not 100% sure I’m correct but here it is
In 1 hour the boats will be 15 miles apart. In 3 hours the boats will be 45 miles apart.
