An environmental hazard is a substance, state or event which has the potential to threaten the surrounding natural environment and/or adversely affect human's health. This term incorporates topics like pollution, natural disasters and human-made hazards. Health studies investigate the human health effects of exposure to environmental hazards ranging from chemical pollutants to natural, technological or terrorist disasters. The environment in which we live can be considered as having three fundamental sets of components, physical, chemical, biological. Associations between an exposure and an adverse health effect do not, on their own, prove that the former is the cause of the latter. Many other non-causal associations could explain the findings. Physical hazards involve environmental hazards that can cause harm with or without contact. Examples are earthquakes, electromagnetic fields, floods, light pollution, noise pollution, vibration, x-rays etc. Radioactivity is associated with an exposure dependent risk of some cancers notably leukaemia. The scientific evidence of adverse health effects from general environmental exposure to these fields is "not proven". If there are adverse effects yet to be proven, the risk is probably likely to be small. Chemical substances cause significant damage to the environment. Tobacco smoke is the single biggest known airborne chemical risk to health, whether measured in terms of death rates or ill-health. To a much lesser degree of risk, these adverse effects apply to non-smokers exposed passively to sidestream tobacco smoke. Health effects of concern are asthma, bronchitis, lung cancer and similar lung diseases, and there is good evidence relating an increased risk of symptoms of these diseases with increasing concentration of Sulphur dioxide, ozone and other pollutants. Biohazards generally fall into two broad categories: those which produce adverse health effects through infection (microorganisms, viruses or toxins) and those which produce adverse effects in non-infective (allergic) ways.

Long term durability constructions of the glass
Answer:
The durability of glass can be witnessed in most cities with ancient churches. Unless broken by excessive loads glass will remain for very long periods. The glass may be pitted by the weather but still it provides service through the centuries of use. The early producers of glass treated the production like alchemy but modern glass is fairly uniform and the properties governed to provide consistent performance in use. Apart from mechanical stress there are only a few factors that damage glass.

Explain how both the waterfall model of the software process and the prototyping model
can be accommodated in the spiral process model.
Answer:
The spiral model can be obliged in prototyping and waterfall show. The spiral model takes the issue as a progression of advance to take care of an issue as in waterfall and take the commitment of clients or clients in each stage as in prototyping model.
Explanation:
Prototyping and waterfall displays can both use the spiral concept.
What is prototyping?Design professionals test by turning their ideas into physical prototypes, which might range from sheet to digital. For the purpose of capturing conceptual designs & user testing, teams create prototypes with varying levels of realism.
The iterative model treats problems as a series of steps to be taken in order to address them, similar to the waterfall approach, and treats the clients' or customers' commitments at each step as in the prototype approach.
When a signed and agreed list of demands needs to be proven, the prototype validation is often carried out throughout predetermined events or cycles. This occurs ideally during later revisions, but not before the official phases of effective application.

ở phía hút của máy bơm, đồng hồ áp suất bourdon ghi độ chân không 40kPa. Áp suất tuyệt đối tương ứng là bao nhiêu nếu áp suất khí quyển địa phương là 100kPa(abs)
Answer:

Which of these are not included as part of a drivetrain
Answer:
transmission, driveshafts, differential and axles
Explanation:
The powertrain consists of the prime mover (e.g. an internal combustion engine and/or one or more traction motors) and the drivetrain - all of the components that convert the prime mover's power into movement of the vehicle (e.g. the transmission, driveshafts, differential and axles); whereas the drivetrain does not.

A cylindrical rod of brass of 20 mm in diameter is cold worked by drawing. The circular cross section will be maintained during deformation. A cold-worked tensile strength in excess of 300 MPa and a ductility of at least 10% EL are desired. Furthermore, the final diameter must be 14mm. Explain how this may be achieved.
Answer:
To meet all of the criteria raised by the question, we must first draw a wire with a diameter of 8.46 mm and then 21.5 percent CW on it.

Fire properties of low E glass
Answer:
The radiant heat from low-e glass can melt vinyl, has burnt people, and there is a real fire risk in high ambient temperatures. ... The total solar reflectance of clear glass is typically around 13% of the incident solar radiation. Some low-e glass can reach reflectance greater than 50%
m = - 0,875x + 190x = edad del paciente; m = máx. frecuencia cardíaca permitida
m = -0,875 (50) + 190
m = 146,25
160 = -0,875x + 190
0,875x = 190 - 160
0,875x = 30
x = 30 / 0,875
x = 34,28
