Introduction on where you want to visit

Answers

Answer 1

Answer:We all have a place that we would like to visit at least once in our lifetimes. For me that place is Italy. There are many reasons why Italy remains to be my number one travelling destination. With a culture spanning more than 2500 years, it is among the few ancient civilizations that have stood the test of time and are still in existence today. As a result, Italy is the home to prehistoric sites and ancient monuments.

It is also the world capital of fashion and is the home to gorgeous beaches and ethereal land formations that are sure to blow everyone’s minds away. The language is also very beautiful-I mean the word romantic must have had its origins from the Italians, because of their seductive nature. And the Italian cuisine is without a doubt the best on earth. To be honest, there are so many wonderful places in Italy that I’m uncertain which places to visit first.

Answer: Plenty of studies have shown that some animals can sense major changes in the weather. Worms, for instance, are known to flee rising groundwater. Birds are known to be sensitive to air pressure changes, and often hunker down before a big storm. And in Florida, researchers studying tagged sharks say they flee to deeper water just before a big hurricane arrives. They also may be sensing the air and water pressure changes caused by the big storm.

Answers

Answer:

B.

Explanation:

"The Jungle" is a novel written by Upton Sinclair. The novel elucidates on the horrific working conditions of the meat industry, that it created great public uproar bringing new federal safety laws in the nation.

The phrase "they use everything of the pig except the squeal" advances the central idea of the text by informing the audience about the environment of the meatpacking industry and that they use even spoiled meat and non-meat parts to make meat. This furthers the central idea that the industry is corrupt and holds unhygienic sanitary conditions.
