When you say things to people, your actions will follow simply being shaped by your words. It's an inevitable chain reaction that can't be broken, so being careful and cautious about your beliefs protects you from failure and keep you achieving. Having wrong beliefs can lead to failure bred through a fear of failure.

A girl believes that math is too hard. She believes it so much that whenever she hears the word math or an equation, she instantly thinks "ugh math is hard!"
