Answer:
French and Sango are the official languages. Sango is a lingua franca spoken by nearly nine-tenths of the population.
Answer:
The official languages of the Central African Republic are French and Sangho. In total there are about 72 languages in the country.
Explanation:
In the CAR, French is the language of writing and formal situations. In 2018 it was estimated that 28.36% of the population could speak French.
Sangho has about 350,000 native speakers. It has become the lingua franca of the country. It became a national language in 1963 and an official language (alongside French) in 1991. It is estimated that 92% of the CAR's population is able to speak Sangho. The language has become the mother tongue of almost all children in Bangui.
Nearly all of the native languages of the CAR belong to the Ubangian languages. There are a few Bantu languages in the extreme south, along the border with Congo-Brazzaville, and several Bongo–Bagirmi languages in the north, near the border with Chad. In addition, there is a Maban language, Runga.
Native Americans were hurt badly by Manifest Destiny. What could have been done to make it better for them?
Answer:
Perhaps the only way that it could have been made better would be by agreeing with the Native Americans to land partitions that were more favorable to them than the Indian Reservations.
Explanation:
To what extent this was feasible is debatable, but one could argue that at least it could have been tried. For one, Native Americans were very few and inhabited a very large amount of land that could fit a lot more people, but it is also true that their voices should be heard before having their territories essentially swarmed over by hundreds of thousands of European immigrants.

Explain how civil war in Syria may lead to an increase in nationalism in France.
Answer:
Explanation:
Ten years since protesters in Syria first demonstrated against the four-decade rule of the Assad family, hundreds of thousands of Syrians have been killed and some twelve million people—more than half the country’s prewar population—have been displaced. The country has descended into an ever more complex civil war: jihadis promoting a Sunni theocracy have eclipsed opposition forces fighting for a democratic and pluralistic Syria, and regional powers have backed various local forces to advance their geopolitical interests on Syrian battlefields. The United States is at the forefront of a coalition conducting air strikes on the self-proclaimed Islamic State, though it abruptly pulled back some of its forces in 2019 ahead of an invasion of northern Syria by Turkey, a North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) ally. The Turks have pushed Kurdish forces, the United States’ main local partner in the fight against the Islamic State, from border areas. Russia, too, has carried out air strikes in Syria, coming to the Assad regime’s defense, while Iranian forces and their Hezbollah allies have done the same on the ground.
Syria likely faces years of instability. Hopes for regime change have largely died out, and peace talks have been fruitless. The government has regained control of most of the country, and Assad’s hold on power seems secure. But Turkish forces remain entrenched in the north, and pockets of northeastern Syria are either under the control of Kurdish forces or go ungoverned. Meanwhile, the Syrian people are suffering an economic crisis.

It is undeniable that humans have changed the environment around them as they progressed through technological advancements, and have even changed Earth itself. As humans have made advancements in transportation, construction, energy and power, communication, manufacturing, etc, humanity has had to find more ways of obtaining Earth’s natural resources, such as fossil fuels to power their expedition into the unknown. Numerous actions that humans have taken such as fossil fuels, pollution, deforestation, and many more have all negatively affected Earth.
One of the most harmful activities that humans have participated in is pollution. Whether it be air pollution, water pollution, or land pollution, humans have harmed the earth by polluting the environments around them. By destroying the environments around them, humans have harmed and killed the animals and plants that live on Earth with them, and have even harmed themselves as a result of pollution. Through economic and technological developments throughout history, humans have created air pollution such as smog, acid precipitation, and ozone depletion. The same can be said for water and land pollution, with factors such as oil spills, beach pollution, and littering being the main causes of those types of pollution. The pollution caused by humans have not only destroyed environments and habitats but have killed numerous humans as well, as reported in document 4: “Annu Nagar is one of 22 communities [in India] where the groundwater has been known for nearly 20 years to contain toxic levels of chlorinated solvents. Six years ago, responding to relentless efforts from activists, the Indian Supreme Court ordered the city to install pipes that bring in clean water from the Narmada River. But the pipes coming into some houses run right through sewers, and on rainy days, filth and feces mingle with the clean water. In the meantime, each monsoon may be carrying this toxic plume farther. The most recent survey suggests there are 20 more communities where the water is contaminated. In March of this year, the Supreme Court ordered that the city ensure clean water to these areas, too—and that it undertake a project to lay down sewage and drainage networks for the entire city.” This document gives an example of how water pollution has caused humans living in Annu Nagar to drink polluted water.
Humans must strive to make advancements towards cleaner energy because the current situation on Earth is slowly killing the planet and its inhabitants. As humans have made advancements in transportation, construction, energy and power, communication, manufacturing, etc, humanity has had to find more ways of obtaining Earth’s natural resources, such as fossil fuels to power their expedition into the unknown. Whether it be air pollution, water pollution, or land pollution, we are killing plants, animals, and humans that live on Earth.
