All the other male pigs on the farm were porkers. The best known among them was a small fat pig named Squealer, with very round cheeks, twinkling eyes, nimble movements, and a shrill voice. He was a brilliant talker, and when he was arguing some difficult point he had a way of skipping from side to side and whisking his tail which was somehow very persuasive. The others said of Squealer that he could turn black into white.
–Animal Farm,
George Orwell

Your final assignment is to use your discussion notes to address the following prompt: Choose one group member who participated in your discussion. In 100-150 words, evaluate the effectiveness of their main argument and supporting evidence. Using your notes, explain whether or not their claims were developed well, what evidence they used to support their claim, and how well they responded to the prompt. Is there anything they could have done to be more effective? If so, what was it?
Answer:
My group member demonstrated great claims throughout their paper. They had substancial evidence backing up their ideas, all credible. Each sentence was well thought out and developed, making it easier, for me as a reader to understand. I felt as though they responded well to the prompt. Although they had amazing arguments throughout the paper and great evidence, I felt they were lacking in the descriptions of BLANK. I would reccomend to them that they strengthen and emphasise how they incorporate their details after quotes and sources. Aside from the details, their claims were fantastically written.
the pardoners tale Is he truly evil, simply drunk, or so used to cheating that he does it automatically?
Answer:
The pardoner is really bad and this is admitted by him.
Explanation:
The pardoner admits that he acts out of greed and hypocrisy. He recognizes that he is a bad person, a crook, who has no remorse for twisting the faithful and exploiting the offerings they give to the church. The padorner's lack of remorse is because he is so used to being a crook that he cheats automatically, without thinking twice, even though he knows it's a sin.
