The book might describe that you've entered a spooky house and the door has locked behind you. It would then ask you if you want to try to exit by going through the kitchen or exploring upstairs. In this lab you are going to create a choose your own adventure application using navigation controllers. The introduction screen to your application will contain a few lines of text to set up a story and then leave the user with a choice.
