Can anyone help!!! I am to write about personal experiences on social media, I know what to write but I'm struggling on what to say in the beginning to start it off.
Answer:
One of the many major social media experiences I have endured is one to do with uninvited photography. I felt targeted after a group of my peers in 8th grade insisted on taking pictures of me - these people would whisper behind my back, and I faced anxiety throughout the entire year, both about the pictures, and the rumors spread like a web behind my back.
This time was unpleasant for me, especially since it brought unwelcomed memories of a time in elementary. My friend, who I believed I could trust, decided to make fun of my performance one day after a game. Despite my efforts, my friend disregarded both my pride, and and our bond. I received total backlash, and I can never forget it.
Along with all the criticism I have received in the past, my self worth has equally degraded. Girls on social media are often fit, blonde, tall, etc. Every quality that makes a person "perfect". These posts started to make me question myself, as I compared them to the likes of me. What if I had the same life as them? Would people still make fun of me the way that they did?
Social media has bestowed a great affect upon me, and many others that have faced similar experiences. Though we are told to ignore these kinds of people, as they are fake, it's hard to think that we could do better, or that we don't have as great a life as them.
Explanation:
This is quite literally what I posted in the comments on your other post, but heck, this is basically free points. Hope I helped! Just tell me if you ever need help in the future.

“You found the money in my boots?” he asked Mom.
“Martin did,” she answered, and roused herself to scold. “Grandpa, you shouldn’t have carried so much money. What if someone had stolen it from you?”
Grandpa laughed. “I would’ve known if anyone tried to take the boots off my feet. The money is what I’ve saved for a long time—a hundred dollars—for my funeral. But you take it now to buy groceries so that I won’t be a burden to you while I am here.”
Which statement is best supported by the dialogue?
Grandpa is upset because they removed the money from his boots.
Grandpa believes that it is time to begin preparing for his death.
Mom offends Grandpa when she scolds him about the money.
Mom is angry that Grandpa came to her home uninvited.

1. POINT OF VIEW : The narrator , E -72521 the using " we" instead of "I". Why does he tell it this way?
Answer:
The narrator uses the pronoun "we" in place "I" because he is narrating the story from a first-person point of view and is providing a moment in which a group, to which he belongs, is doing something.
Explanation:
The narration with the first person point of view occurs when the narrator is part of the story, as a character, and is telling the events that happened in his life. This type of narration is easy to identify by the constant use of the pronoun "I," when the narrator is telling something done by himself, and by the use of the pronoun "we" when he is telling about something done by a group to which he is part of.

Read the passage. Which sentence best describes Beth?
A. Beth enjoys helping poor people
.B.Beth is skilled at treating sick people.
C. Beth is more dutiful than her sisters.
D. Beth is kind, but her sisters are cruel.
by Louisa May Alcott (excerpt)
"Meg, I wish you'd go and see the Hummels. You know Mother told us not to forget them," said Beth, ten days after Mrs. March's departure.
"I'm too tired to go this afternoon," replied Meg, rocking comfortably as she sewed.
"Can't you, Jo?" asked Beth.
"Why don't you go yourself?" asked Meg.
"I have been every day, but the baby is sick, and I don't know what to do for it. Mrs. Hummel goes away to work, and Lottchen takes care of it. But it gets sicker and sicker, and I think you or Hannah ought to go."
Beth spoke earnestly, and Meg promised she would go tomorrow.
"Ask Hannah for some nice little mess, and take it round, Beth, the air will do you good," said Jo, adding apologetically, "I'd go but I want to finish my writing."
"My head aches and I'm tired, so I thought maybe some of you would go," said Beth.
"Amy will be in presently, and she will run down for us," suggested Meg.
So Beth lay down on the sofa, the others returned to their work, and the Hummels were forgotten. An hour passed. Amy did not come, Meg went to her room to try on a new dress, Jo was absorbed in her story, and Hannah was sound asleep before the kitchen fire, when Beth quietly put on her hood, filled her basket with odds and ends for the poor children, and went out into the chilly air with a heavy head and a grieved look in her patient eyes.

The police arrested the survivor after stating: "Your travel agent called. You murdered your friend." How did the agent know that it was a murder? Solve the riddle pls
Answer:
The agent probably knew about the murderer, because the accused only bought a ticket to return from the trip.
Explanation:
When the friend bought the travel tickets, he did not buy two tickets back, but only one, that is, he knew that his friend would not return, although he did buy two one-way tickets. Thus, this individual becomes the main suspect in the murder, since only the two friends were on the trip and it is necessary to investigate all the possibilities of his friend's death.
In this case, the police contacted the travel agent who passed all the ticket purchase information between the two friends.

A young boy travels through the woods alone to find an
ancient treasure. Along the way, he battles different
creatures who tempt him. A forest nymph delights his
nose with a meal of delectable fruits. A motherly fairy
entices him to rest in a cozy bed. Finally, a sly fox promises
to warm him with a coat made of fine fur. The boy denies
each creature's gift and continues to seek the treasure
until he finds it and returns home.
What negative cultural value does the fox most likely represent?
O A. Materialism
OB. Wastefulness
O C. Enemy hospitality
O D. Old age
A. Materialism
I think this is the answer
Answer:
A. Materialism
Explanation:
Straight out of the dictionary:
"Materialism is the attitude of someone who attached a lot of importance to money and wants to possess a lot of material things ."
Due to inference of a fur coat being expensive, this fits pretty well if the word "materialism" itself was an object. The fox offers the boy something of luxury and riches, which he denied. Materialism fits great with the fur coat since we normally think of money when we see it, perhaps.
The fur coats represents wealth, aka materialism.
(Sorry if this does not me sense lol, its 2:00 AM for me pfftt)
((excuse any typos, sorry!)
Reasons why its not:
B. Wastfulness- the coat would be put to use if the accepted it, so its not wasteful.
C. Enemy Hospitality- nothing in the excerpt says the fox did anything hostile to the boy. thus making an enemy. Only that the fox was sly. The only thing the fox did was offer him a coat.
D. Old age- Fur coats in movies maybe shown worn on older. and elder people of high class ( more reason for why its A!), but it doesn't not mean that fur coats represent old age in general. Fur coats are for anyone. really. How would it show old age??

Describe the four fundamental forces. Which of these forces are involved in chemical bonding?
Answer:
Unlike protons and neutrons, which are located inside the nucleus at the center of the atom, electrons are found outside the nucleus. Because opposite electric charges attract each other, negative electrons are attracted to the positive nucleus.Of the four natural forces, known as the strong, weak, gravity and electromagnetic forces, the aptly named strong force dominates over the other three and has the job of holding the atomic nucleus together.

In no other department is a thorough knowledge of history so Important as in philosophy. Like historical science in general, philosophy is, on the one hand, in touch with exact inquiry, while, on the other, it has a certain relationship with art. With the former it has in common its methodical procedure and its cognitive aim; with the latter, its intuitive character and the endeavor to compass the whole of reality with a glance. Metaphysical principles are less easily verified from experience than physical hypotheses, but also less easily refuted. Systems of philosophy, therefore, are not so dependent on our progressive knowledge of facts as the theories of natural science, and change less quickly; notwithstanding their mutual conflicts, and in spite of the talk about discarded standpoints, they possess in a measure the permanence of classical works of art, they retain for all time a certain relative validity.
According to the passage, which best describes philosophy's relationship with art?
1. Philosophy is very different from art because philosophy is grounded in inquiry and methodology.
2. Philosophy is similar to art because both are pursued for aesthetic reasons which are irrefutable.
3. Philosophy is in opposition to art because philosophy is a science based on facts and hypotheses.
4. Philosophy is akin to art because both aim to capture all of reality in a single system.

3. The sections offer a complement to each other, making one complete not only the information given in the previous section, but also provide other information on the same topic, thus creating a strong relationship between them.
4. A fact used to support the topic presented in the text is the existence of a windowless geodesic dome, near the Mauna Loa volcano, in Hawaii where people are tested on how humans would live in situations similar to those they would face on Mars, with deprivations and experiencing their own boredom.

Devils pursue and feed on the helpless, which is why they're being imprisoned. Symbolically, "monsters" are an unfair moniker used to misunderstand young minorities who are presumed to be guilty before being tried.Composing a script on Monster gives Steve Harmon a more accurate picture of his circumstances. The day we found the sharks' teeth was foggy and cool. Moisture hung in the air so thick you could almost see it sparkling in the dim sunlight. There were days, early in the summer like this one, where it seemed there was more water in the air than in the bay. We had beached the boat and stepped out on the recently cleared spit of land. The ground had a light dusting of white sand over an under layer of dried black mud. It looked like a recently frosted chocolate cake, though the frosting was spread a bit thin for my taste. The ground was solid, but we knew from experience that it was full of fiddler crab holes, and would be underwater at the first super-high tide. Mysteriously, to us anyway, someone wanted to build a house there.
We often came to these spots to look for artifacts. Our beach, our summer home, had been a fishing camp for as long as anyone living could remember. The oldest stories told of travelers coming down to the edge of the sea, lining up to fill their wagon beds with salted fish to take back home. Old decaying cabins still lined the beach. Rotting nets, hung out to dry in the last century, decorated their weathered walls. Their broken faces spun stories in our minds. The fishermen who, tanned and wrinkled from sun and salt, hauled their nets full of splashing mullet in to cheers from the waiting crowds. The bounty of the sea lightened everyone's hearts, and the smell of roasting fish filled the damp air. Women fanned themselves from wagon seats. Children splashed in the shallow edges of the bay. It was a scene we had acted out as youngsters, building an imaginary bridge to a life we would never fully know.
