Why was forced labor in each region different?

Answers

Answer 1

Answer:

It was most likely different due to the region's status in the world and it's economical standpoint. If the region is short on food and supplies, labour would most likely be more intensive to get back on the flow with more food and supplies. If a different region was all set on everything and didn't need anything extra, the forced labour would be held back a little, easing the work load on it's people. But once resources go down, forced labour would go back up!

Answer 2

Answer:

The forced labor was different because in each one they all had to work in different areas each day

Act 3:6, Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.  Act 5:9, Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the Spirit of the Lord? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.  Act 9:34, And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately Act 2:38, Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Explanation:

Answer:

Peter is one of the central figures in the Book of Acts, and he frequently speaks with boldness and grace. Here are four occasions on which Peter spoke with grace and boldness in the book of Acts:1. At Pentecost (Acts 2:14-41)When the Holy Spirit came upon the apostles on the day of Pentecost, Peter spoke boldly to the crowd that had gathered. He explained that what was happening was a fulfillment of prophecy, and he urged the people to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. About three thousand people were baptized that day.2. At the Beautiful Gate (Acts 3:1-26)When Peter and John encountered a man who was unable to walk at the Beautiful Gate, Peter spoke with boldness and healed him in the name of Jesus Christ. This drew a crowd, and Peter used the opportunity to preach the Gospel to them.3. Before the Sanhedrin (Acts 4:1-22)After Peter and John were arrested for healing the man at the Beautiful Gate, they were brought before the Sanhedrin (the Jewish council). Peter spoke with boldness, declaring that they had acted in the name of Jesus Christ, who had been crucified and raised from the dead. Despite threats from the council, Peter and John refused to stop preaching about Jesus.4. In Cornelius' House (Acts 10:34-48)When Peter was called to the house of Cornelius, a Gentile, he spoke with grace and explained that God had revealed to him that he should not consider anyone unclean or impure. He then preached the Gospel to Cornelius and his household, and they all received the Holy Spirit and were baptized.

Answer:

The European Enlightenment of the !8th century could not have happened without the previous, and concurrent, Scientific Revolution, and its technological discoveries and inventions, in the !7th and 18th centuries. The Scientific Revolution is the most important event in world history yet most people have never heard of it. A person is unable to understand the world around around them today without at least some basic knowledge of The Scientific Revolution.

There was a small group of philsophers (of the Enlightenment) who really understood that a new world was emerging in Europe in the human understanding of reality. They understood that Man was able to rationally explain Nature for the first time in human history. That God was not actually physically present in Nature. That God, therefore, might not actually exist at all (Atheism). That Man was now in control of Nature. That Man was no longer part of Nature; these were now two separate philosophical realms. That Man was above Nature, even God. And, the big one, the basis of the Enlightenment itself, that Man could remake the world using his rational thought (ideas) without any reference to European history, European tradition or Man as even part of Nature. In other words, wishful thinking born from the dangerous rationalisation of taking ideas to their logical conclusion without any reference to reality.

So, of course, the adoption of these “scorched Earth” or “Year Zero” ideas of the Enlightment was, and still is, a complete disaster for humanity. Especially when combined with the new controlling powers of Science and Technology. The Enlightentment led directly to the first emergence of Left wing politics - that Man is created purely through Nurture, not Nature, and is born as a “blank slate” - with no reference to our 200,000 years of evolutionary adaptation as part of Nature.

This distorted thinking, in turn, led eventually, to the disastrous political and social events of 1968, when even objectivity itself was jettisoned. And, then to the final post-Modern delusion that European culture, art and science is no better than even the most primitive tribes (blank slates) still living in the jungle today.

Write a paragraph about slavery

Answers

Slavery was created for rich people to have free manual labor for their farms. It was used distinctively more in the South, because of the cash crops. Slavery separated families, and forced black people to be sold and traded. Eventually, people created different things to help try to reduce and help others escape slavery. These people are called Abolitionists. People created books, including the most popular and impactful, called Uncle Tom’s Cabin. This book helped influence more white people to realize how terrible slavery was, and it also helped them to notice that they were real people as well. The Underground Railroad was created as well to help black people escape the evil institution of slavery. Eventually, the residing president, Abraham Lincoln, created the Emancipation Proclamation. This proclamation freed all slaves from slavery. Unfortunately, this didn’t help the Texans. The Texas slave owners kept them under the impression that slavery still existed. That’s why Juneteenth is a thing, which celebrates Texas’ independence from slavery.

Why were those trains allowed to roll unhindered into Poland? Why were the tracks leading to Birkenau never bombed? I have put these questions to American presidents and generals and to high-ranking Soviet officers. Since Moscow and Washington knew what the killers were doing in the death camps, why was nothing done at least to slow down their "production"? That not a single Allied military aircraft ever tried to destroy the rail lines converging on Auschwitz remains an outrageous enigma to me. Birkenau was "processing" ten thousand Jews a day. Stopping a single convoy for a single night—or even for just a few hours—would have prolonged so many lives.

What is probability?

Probability is the branch of mathematics concerning numerical descriptions of how likely an event is to occur, or how likely it is that a proposition is true.

Probability is the branch of mathematics concerning numerical descriptions of how likely an event is to occur, or how likely it is that a proposition is true.  The higher the probability of an event, the more likely it is that the event will occur.

When dealing with experiments that are random and well-defined in a purely theoretical setting (like tossing a coin), probabilities can be numerically described by the number of desired outcomes, divided by the total number of all outcomes.

What is Formula of expectation?

The expected value of a discrete random variable X, symbolized as E(X), is commonly referred to as the long-term average or mean, symbolized as μ. This means that over the long term of doing an experiment over and over, you would expect this average.

For example, let X = the number of heads you get when you toss three fair coins. If you repeat this experiment (toss three fair coins) a large number of times, the expected value of X is the number of heads you expect to get for each three tosses on average.
